Please read these terms in full. By ticking the box and choosing “I agree” in the software, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not agree, do not use FX VAULT.
FX VAULT is a desktop software tool that copies trading signals from Telegram channels you choose onto your own MetaTrader 5 account(s). It reads messages, interprets them as trade instructions, and places or manages orders on the account you connect. It is a tool you operate — nothing more.
FX VAULT does not provide financial, investment, trading or tax advice, and does not produce trading signals itself. Nothing in the software is a recommendation to enter, hold or exit any trade. All signals come from third-party providers you select.
The accuracy, quality, timing and results of the signals FX VAULT acts on are entirely outside our control. We do not create, verify, endorse or guarantee any signal or signal provider, and we are not responsible for their content, their mistakes, or any losses that follow from acting on them.
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. It is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
FX VAULT is used by people in many countries. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software, and the trading of foreign exchange and CFDs, is lawful where you live, and for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements and tax obligations that apply to you. The software being available to you is not a representation that it, or margin trading, is permitted in your country. If it is not lawful for you, do not use it.
You are solely responsible for your broker, your MetaTrader account(s), your login credentials, and every setting you configure in FX VAULT — including risk, lot sizes, which accounts are connected and which channels are copied. You are responsible for checking your configuration and for every trade placed on your account, whether placed by you or copied by the software on your instruction. You should test on a demo account before trading live.
You use FX VAULT entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind — including trading losses, lost profits, missed or duplicated trades, incorrect order sizing, downtime, or loss of data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software, however caused. We have no control over how you use the software, your broker, your internet connection, the MetaTrader platform, or the signals you choose to copy, and we are not responsible for any of them.
FX VAULT is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements or that it will always run without interruption or fault.
Your licence to use FX VAULT is personal to you, non-transferable, and tied to your licence key and the machine(s) it authorises. You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software or your key, and you may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent this cannot lawfully be restricted.
FX VAULT may check for and install updates automatically to keep the software current.
FX VAULT connects to our licence server to validate your key and to check for updates. Your Telegram and MetaTrader credentials are stored and used locally on your own machine and are not collected by us.
We may suspend or cancel your licence and this agreement if these terms are breached.
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, you will be asked to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that this does not deprive you of the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence, which continue to apply.
